Ingredients: Capers in brine (capers, water, salt), extra virgin olive oil, anchovy paste (anchovies 95%, salt, sunflower oil), red wine vinegar, garlic. Allergens: anchovies. Gluten free and lactose free. Naturally low in sugar. Without preservatives.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened add some olive oil, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
