WITH BOSCOVIVO SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM
Ingredients for 18 crostini:
1 mozzarella, 70 g baked ham, 5 g parsley, 27 g extra virgin olive oil, 50 g Boscovivo summer truffle cream, 1 loaf white bread.
Cut the mozzarella and the ham into very small pieces and mix with the chopped parsley. Add the olive oil and the summer truffle cream. Cut the loaf into 18 slices and spread with the mixture. Place the slices of bread on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
