WITH ACACIA HONEY AND CHILLI BOSCOVIVO
Ingredients for 4 persons
Penaeus shrimps about 1 kg
Garlic 1 clove chopped
Boscovivo chilli honey 2 tablespoons
Chilli pepper 1 tablespoon (optional)
Teriyaki sauce 4 tablespoons (alternatively soy sauce)
Sesame seeds to taste
Start by cleaning the shrimps, leaving the tail end intact, and put them in a bowl. Add the chopped garlic, honey (we used honey with chilli, but honey with truffle or saffron is also excellent), chilli and teriyaki sauce. Cover everything with foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. After this time has passed, grease a frying pan with a little oil and pour the whole mixture into the pan over a high flame. When the sauce has dried, we can serve it by adding a sprinkling of sesame seeds. We have decided to accompany this dish with a light salad, but it can also be served with baked potatoes, a mixture of vegetables or with figs and mint.
