Cocktel caprese with truffle aroma


Ingredients per glass

- Vodka 40 ml
- Tomato juice 50 ml
- Lemon juice
- Tabasco 6 drops
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella chunks
- Basil leaves
- Ice
- Salt with truffle
- Skewers

Put the vodka, tomato juice and Tabasco drops in a shaker with ice and shake for a few seconds. Take the salt and place some on a saucer, wet the rim of the glass with lemon juice and roll the glass in the salt with truffle so that it sticks to the rim. Pour the cocktail into the glass by removing the ice, skewer the cherry tomatoes and bocconcini alternating with the basil leaves and decorate the glass. Serve chilled.
