Crunchy mashed potatoes


Ingredients for 4 persons

- Potatoes 800 g
- Olive oil to taste
- La mia salamoia to taste

Let´s start by washing our potatoes very well, preferably all the same size, and boil them in plenty of water until they pierce well with a fork. Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking tray with baking paper well spaced out, take a glass and use the bottom to mash them. We brush the potatoes with oil and season with our brine. Bake at 180°/200° preheated for about 20 minutes or in any case until the potatoes form a crust. Remove from the oven and serve piping hot.
