The Chianina meat is one of the oldest and most important cattle breeds in Italy and it owes its name to the VAL DI CHIANA breeding area.

The product is ready to use and is ideal to be combined with pasta such as tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli etc. Before use it is advisable to heat it in a bain-marie, in the microwave or directly in the pan.
Ingredients: Chianina beef (60%), tomato puree (country of origin: Italy), extra virgin olive oil, vegetables in variable quantity (celery, carrot, onion, garlic), wine, pork meat, salt, parsely, spices. Allergens: Celery. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Naturally low in sugar. Without preservatives.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened add some olive oil, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
