The traditional recipe of the Tuscan chicken liver paté. Used for the preparation of the typical Tuscan crostini, this paté has a sweet and intense flavour given by the chicken liver which is softened by the flavour of capers.
It is advisable to warm the paté up diluting it with a little broth (2 tablespoos for 90g of paté) before spreading it on the bread.
According to tradition, the bread must be toasted in the oven and lightly soaked on one side in hot broth. On the other side spread the paté.
Ingredients: Chicken liver, capern in brine (capers, water, salt),extra virgin olive oil, anchovies paste (anchovies 95%, salt, sunflower oil), parsley, onion, salt, vinegar. Allergens: anchovies. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Naturally low in sugar. Without preservatives.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened add some olive oil, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
