Ingredients:
Sliced pineapple
Acacia honey and saffron
Cashews
Pollen
Start by cleaning the pineapple by peeling it and cutting it into slices about 2 cm thick. Heat a griddle very well and place the slices on it, grill for about 5 minutes per side.
Remove the pineapple slices from the grill and place them on a serving plate and sprinkle them with our honey and saffron (if you prefer it sweeter you can sprinkle the slices with brown sugar before adding the honey) and garnish with some cashews and a sprinkling of pollen.
