The truffle cheese is a cheese with a soft consistency and a unique aroma of truffles, which is obtained from a mixture of sheep's and cow's milk. It is particularly suitable for preparing aperitifs and starters, but also for grating on pizzas or first courses. Excellent to combine with truffle honey or to serve with sliced cold cuts. Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk and cow's milk, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, extra virgin olive oil, flavors, rennet, lactic ferments.
