The intense taste of the porcini mushrooms is enhanced by the unique scent of the white winter truffle (Tuber albidum Pico).
Ideal for hot or cold canapés, as pasta sauce or for filling. Given its high concentration, if used for the preparation of first courses it is recommended to dilute the product with cream, béchamel or broth.
