The product is used for first courses, in some basic doughs, for appetitizers and bruschetta or on meats or pizzas.
Ingredients: button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, spring truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 5 %, rehydrated dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), salt, wine vinegar, garlic, breadcrumbs ( flour type 0, yeast, water) flavouring, spices. Allergenes: flour type 0. Lactose-free. Naturally low in sugar. Without preservatives.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened add some olive oil, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
